A .mov counted as Live-Photo companion and as video, XML sidecars (.xmp,
.aae) also as documents; plan then hit UNIQUE(plan_run, file_id). A .mov
now belongs to a photo of the same name or is a video; documents skip
media extensions; run_plan dedupes by file_id as a safety net.
PDF parser panics are caught without printing the panic message.
